In April 2023,  Eolane Group announced the construction of a new factory in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, located in the technology hub of Kedah, Malaysia. This strategic move aims to bring Eolane closer to the Asia-Pacific market, especially in the rapidly growing Southeast Asian region.

Grace-Lingjia Colin, MD for Eolane Asia, stated, "The new factory will bolster our strong growth in the Asian market share (21% in 2022), indicating our capability to maintain a leadership position in Asia. We have the most cutting-edge technological capabilities in the EMS industry to provide customers with excellent service, and our flexible production strategy will also be more responsive to customer needs."

In less than a year, the factory has smoothly commenced operations, producing the first batch of products for their decade-long partner, Teenage Engineering, a Swedish company specializing in high-quality music electronics including portable synthesizers, pocket synthesizers, and wireless speakers.

Eolane Malaysia believes that its customers will benefit from optimized sourcing of electronic components, given its geographical proximity to manufacturers in Southeast Asia, several of whom have set up operations in Penang province.
